Dear parents, students
Ahead of the restricted opening for students in Year 10 and 12 which commences on Monday 22nd June, please find details of the lessons taking place. Which teachers they will be with and the rooms that we are planning to use. Please remember that the only entrance to the school is via the main reception and that students attending session 1 and session 3 lessons have a briefing session in the main hall or dance studio prior to lessons starting.
Students arriving for sessions 2 or 4 only should not attend the earlier briefing session but should register at reception before going immediately to the playground to join their group. It is imperative that students only attend on their allocated day and that they do not join days allotted to other house or tutor groups. This will ensure that numbers arriving for each class can all be accommodated within the allocated teaching room.
Students please ensure you do not go directly to your lessons, but report to the playground and use the markings to line up ready for each of your lesson. We are all looking forward to seeing you again. Don't forget your own writing equipment and drinks!
All students will depart from the school site via the Beverley Road exit, those students without a lesson in sessions 2 or 4 must depart at the end of their lessons during session 1 or 3 and must not loiter on the site.
